The energy facilitations and yoga sessions provided by White Light Energetics (Fiona White) are not a substitute for seeking professional medical care or assistance. By booking a session (where session refers to an energy facilitation or yoga) with White Light Energetics (Fiona White), you agree and verify that you, the client:
- have consciously and voluntarily decided to participate in this session and have requested a scheduled appointment and session on your own free will
- are at least 18 years of age, and have not been declared incompetent
- comprehensibly understand that your session is not to be used as a substitute for any type of medical, health, psychological, psychiatric, or professional counselling, therapy or treatment and is not advice to do, or not do, what may have been shared in the session
- comprehensibly understand and agree that it is your responsibility to follow up on or decide whether or not you require medical treatment and if you require such services you recognise you are to seek them on your own as needed
- by participating in the session, you accept complete responsibility for your own medical, health, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual and bod/mind/spirit well-being
- understand that your session may not be cognitively processed at the time of the appointment and may or may not be processed at a later date.
- understand that all information provided to you during your energy facilitation exchange session is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed except as required by law
- agree that segments of your session feedback sent to White Light Energetics (Fiona White) after the session may be used as generic information to be shared on the website or social media or as a testimonial using first name only and state/country and without revealing full identity or any personal information about the session and will be used in the highest and best way with the intent to assist others in alignment with love and light
- Participating in any of the yoga sessions/classes may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and could result in physical injury if you do not listen to your body. By participating in any of the yoga sessions held by Fiona White you agree that you take full responsibility to consult with a professional health practitioner, physician or anyone that is professionally qualified in the health field prior to and regarding your participation in such classes, content. You represent and warrant that you have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in such classes and content and that you are physically fit to do so.
- agree to receive occasional future emails from White Light Energetics in the form of a newsletter with special offers, news and other information, or just even to touch base
- have read this and fully understand this agreement, and understand that by booking an energy facilitation exchange, involving The Polarity Integration Technique©, The Crystalline Light Technique©, Conscious Ascension Technique©, or Divine Template Reset Technique©, coaching session or and other informative learning program with White Light Energetics (Fiona White) represents signing, accepting and agreeing to all the conditions stated within this agreement and includes a release of all possible liability of White Light Energetics (Fiona White).
By participating in any of the energy healing sessions or any of the Yoga classes, lessons, or private sessions you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in them.
In no event shall White Light Energetics or its directors/staff be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in any way related to the use of any of the services or information on the White Light Energetics website, or any services you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in an energy healing, energy facilitation or exchange, coaching session, yoga lesson or class, or any of the learning material offered.
Refund Policy
Private Scheduled Appointments and Yoga
Booked and paid for private session fees are 100% non-refundable, they can however be applied to a rescheduled appointment date. One free rescheduling of a session is offered if it is within a 48 hour window before the original scheduled appointment. Your payment and one-time complimentary rescheduling will be forfeited if rescheduling is not done within the 48 hour window. Rescheduling of a session can be done by emailing fiona@whitelightenergetics.com.au.
All sessions must begin promptly. If for some reason you are unable to answer the call or do not arrive at the time of your scheduled session, Fiona, asks that you reschedule your session for a future date.
All paid for and donated one-time services such as energy facilitations, distant healings, coaching sessions and related packages, must be fully redeemed within six months from the original transaction or both the session and the payment is forfeited.
